Madrid, July 12, 2018.
Lexic Vivactis, in its endeavor to promote and develop medical training in line with the expectations and interests of health professionals, recently signed a collaboration agreement with the Spanish Society of Primary Care Physicians(SEMERGEN) to conduct training and updating activities among GPs.
Lexic Vivactis, the continuing medical training specialist, develops face-to-face, digital and print training courses accredited by the National Health System and the EUMS (European Union of Medical Specialists) and endorsed by scientific societies.
“We strive to propose courses of interest to GPs who are SEMERGEN partners, so we will start offering online training activities focused on four health areas: personalized medicine, women´s health, cardiovascular disorders, and emergencies”, said Lexic Vivactis chief executive Daniela Clape.
Dr. María Dolores Aicart, head of the SEMERGEN training area said: “SEMERGEN Training is synonymous with updating skills and capabilities based on quality, scientific rigor, and excellence. This agreement will allow our partners to offer other training resources to continue to promote the care quality we offer our patients”.
The courses aim to define the key role of the Primary Care physician in patient management and determine when referral to a specialist is necessary. The training activities will also be presented in innovative and interactive formats and partnerships on them will be proactively sought.
